Here’s my review they lie from the word go. Only because I was desperate and I wanted them right away and fast I did not check them out but my gut instinct was telling me this was fake. Always trust your gut feeling anytime is too good to be true it is. Just those are the facts hope in the future other people check this company out before they buy their glasses.

Ordered a pair of frames on Dec 20. Still have not received them one month later. I called and they wont give me a refund. Now they are saying my frame was delivered and I still don’t have it. Absolutely awful fraudulent company. Stay away! I am now filing a claim through Amex.

I ordered prescription Gucci frames with a tint three weeks ago. I've called three times and sent multiple emails. I even sent a cancellation email with no response. Where the hell is my money? I don't want the frames anymore!!!!!! I need my money back NOW & I need to hear from someone NOW about my money. Horrible customer service and poor response time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I placed the order on December 11, They told it’s gonna take 2 weeks to work on it, I called after to be told that the color that I want out of stock , no one even called just to give me any new feedback ,I chose another color and I am still waiting for more than two weeks !!!I received my eyeglasses last week they’re good , very good quality , and good lenses , it’s just they’re inconsistent with giving specific time , so I guess you have to keep calling every two days to check with them .

I ordered a pair of frames and paid $20 for 2 day shipping and here I am 6 days later and nothing. I called Designer Optics and was told it was back ordered. Funny thing is I was never told of the back order and I even had reached out via email for a status days ago of my order and got no answer as well. very disappointed in this company. I requested a full refund. Lets see how many days it takes them to give it back to me :(

My frame’s broke. Asked to return and get a new pair as they are under warranty!! Sent multiple emails with no response. Not happy! Thanks so much for your offer to refund me. I sent an email to your customer service days ago and have not heard back.

Customer service is non-existent. It has been almost three months since I placed my order and I finally received my glasses today in the world's tiniest box. I have emailed politely dozens of times and have not received a single response. I am disappointed in myself for trusting this website and not doing my research beforehand. I do not know how they are allowed to operate and continue to scam customers for hundreds of hard-earned dollars. I received my glasses and the prescription was not correct. If this were my company, I would be so ashamed, and the customer service team would be replaced from top to bottom. If their responses to reviews are true and they are just backed-up on orders, then they need to expand their team before the holiday season with seasonal workers for a better turnover rate. There is absolutely no excuse for this. If I were the CEO of this company and could not afford to hire a customer service rep, I would lose sleep at night personally responding to customers and taking their concerns into consideration to help better my business. I cannot even fathom owning an operation and allowing it to be run like this. A company is only as good as its service. Your customers deserve better, and there is a more deserving individual out there that could step-up and reshape the Designer Optics Team and save the reputation of the company. I submitted a return within minutes of opening. I doubt I will hear back from the Customer Service Team and will have to fight for my life to get my money back. I don't even know if the frames are authentic, but I don't believe they are. If anyone wants to band together and come up with a way to get our money back, contact me. I am a single mother who saved up for months for these glasses and I will probably never put my financial situation at risk again to buy something for myself unless it’s something I can run out and buy at a local retail location. Companies like Designer Optics give online shopping a horrible reputation. Your lack of service is killing online small-businesses and lining the pockets of Amazon. So sad. Do something to make this right.

Horrible !! Ordered on dec 15TH still shows in delay , have called numerous times, left messages, many emails , no response at all , this has to be a scam , they got 310.00 from me and I will not rest until I get my money back !!! Stay away from this place, go with Zenni , 1 week your glasses are there and 1/10 the price, calling the BBB today
