Hello Laura, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. All our frames are 100% guaranteed authentic, coming straight from the manufacturer. As per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Kindly provide us further details through Mail support/chat,We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation.
