Hi Bernhard, after locating your order I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to. You ordered on March 29th, item was shipped the very next day on the 30th via USPS First Class to Canada. Hi Paige, I feel very bad how things played out for you. However we communicated all along with you, we did email you a return authorization that is all the information that you need to know when you return them. As soon as we process the returns you get refunded on your account.

Hi Lola, I feel very bad how things played out for you. However we communicated all along with you, we did the exchange order, we then shipped it out to you. Two main factors here, 1. The Corona Virus situation simply crippled us from getting product in a regular flow, 2. We were closed for almost two weeks, we still tried the utmost to serve all customers most efficiently possible. Hi Deserae, Just to make you aware, we are authorized sellers of Prada eyewear and all Prada we sell is ordered and shipped from the manufacturer, everything we sell is 100% authentic. It happens once in a while that a product doesn't look the way it should, we take it back from the customer for exchange or full refund and we send it back to the manufacturer. Hello Imc, Sincere apologies for the trouble that has been caused to you. Our products go through several quality control checks before they are delivered to customers. However, this one regrettably slipped past those checks and failed to live up to our standards. As per our company policy if you are not satisfied with your product. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery of order either for refund or exchange.
