Hi jason and sorry for that. Costa products are back ordered and takes much longer than anticipated. It's important to note that the manufacturing world is paralyzed due to the Corona Virus outbreak around the globe. Products that we usually receive in a few days can now take weeks. However we are working hard with the manufacturers to get as much product possible to serve our customers. Hope to ship your product ASAP. Hi Jason, sorry for the inconvenience. We really work hard to satisfy our customers, we have a larger customer service team than ever before, and we feel bad that you felt mistreated. However to clear things up here are the details. Like every year we were closed for the Passover Holiday until the 20th. However we still had an external team replying to emails. On the 10th they notified you that the item will ship on the 20th when we are back. On the 13th you asked to cancel, they then answered that it's no problem and on the 20th we'll cancel your order. On the 19th you were emailed just to double check if you want the product to be shipped since we have it or you still wanted to cancel, we didn't receive a response, all we got was a charge back. Hi Reginald, Sorry for that. We shipped out the package on Monday, the first business day after your order was placed. However USPS didn't live up to their guarantee to deliver it on time, neither did we get an email from you that you didn't receive it. Hi Joseph, I see that we replied via email. Fast delivery is something we are very proud of, although there's sometimes pain to it in a case like yours. We would also like to make you aware that we were closed for almost two weeks which naturally creates a backlog and the response time is slower than usual, on top of the limited staff we are dealing with due to the COVID-19 situation.
