Glasses where great shipping not so good I paid for overnight and it took a week and when I asked for a refund twice they never resolved it I paid just as much for shipping than the glasses where worth just to get them for Father’s Day and they came after the holiday even though I order at the beginning of the week

I received the glasses I purchased but I had to call because it had been over a week and I haven't received any shipping details. Customer service was friendly and informed that the order is not in stock and they will have to order from the vendor. I was concerned that I may never see may order, but just as customer service indicated I received shipping details in less than a week. Now that I knew they may not have everything in stock but are legitimate business, I placed another order. Waited a bit to received it again, but I wasn't concerned.

I was happy to find a pair of glasses that I had seen for a higher price at my optometrist's office. The glasses are authentic Gucci and came in perfect condition. The shipping did take longer than I hoped but I was told it was because the frames had to be shipped in from elsewhere.

I was looking to replace my frames after breaking a pair of brand new glasses. I ordered new frames and put my lenses into them. It was much more affordable than purchasing new glasses. It took a week to ship the frames but in total I got them in under two weeks. Shipping could be faster but for the price, I was satisfied.

Good experience, not great. I found the clipon polarised sunglasses fitting my Takumi frames via Google search, not by the website search function. Thank you Google! Order arrived as expected, all packed well for shipping.

This site has the designer brand and style of frame that I like. Ordering was easy and shipping arrived at a reasonable time

Excellent customer service. When glasses are in stock and you pay for expedited shipping, they do so right away. Only reason for 4 stars is the delay in one order too much, where I had to cancel. Other than that they have good customer service.

Purchased a pair of Tom Ford eye glasses for about $200. I was skeptical about these glasses being authentic because Lenscrafters sells the same pair for over $500. The frames came in a Tom Ford case with a card. Frames seem legit no complaints about the frame from me. I would give 5 stars but it took them over a month to send me my frames. Supposedly I ordered my frames during Passover and they were closed for a whole week. Which if I was given noticed of I wouldn't have mind. But instead I had to reach out to them after a few weeks asking, where are my frames.
