Please note that we were closed for a holiday during this period, and this was clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase. We did respond and offered to exchange the frame for a new one to resolve the issue. Our goal is always to provide a fair and prompt resolution. Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on April 3 while we were closed for the Passover holiday (April 1–April 10). This closure was clearly noted on our website at the time of purchase. We did respond to your inquiry on April 4, and while response times were limited during the holiday period, we resumed full operations immediately upon reopening and processed orders accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

All items shipped by Designer Optics are brand new and undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch. We do not sell or ship used products under any circumstances. Additionally, we do offer solutions when issues are reported.
