I did not receive 3 of the 4 items I ordered but by credit card was charged the full amount. When I inquired why the full order was not delivered the response was that Designeroptics had not received the glasses. Immediately I canceled the order for the remainder of the frames. I have received an additional frame that I now need to return! What a mess! At my expense and inconvenience!! Alesa

Ordered “authentic” gucci glasses which i was told were made by kering, gucci’s eye glass manufacturer who produces in italy, but has a made in japan stamp on the inside of the temple.
