I had the worst experience ordering from this website so my advice to you is stay the hell away from this website. i ordered a pair of sunglasses on 2020/6/28 and got them after almost a month even though i paid 43.4$ in order to get them in 4 days but due to covid-19 i was like that's fine, and once i received them they were crooked so so bad, they were unwearable so i had to return them and i paid 53$ to the shipping company in order to return them and designer optics refused to accept the returning charges by ignoring me several times whenever i bring the subject and then they sent me another pair which i received yesterday and guess what :) they were crooked as well!!!!!!! and when i talked to them about how angry i'm they replied with one sentence which is" return them back to us" and again i'll have to pay from my own pocket the shipping company to return them back!!! eventually i'll be paying more money on the returning charges than on the sunglasses! their customer service is literally the worst, they treat like it's my fault that i got crooked sunglasses not theirs. if you want to win your customers and make them loyal ones, treat them well. i know their prices are tempting but trust me it does not worth it at all.

This was honestly the worst experience ever. I’ve sent 5 emails and engaged in three conversations about this order that was mistakenly filled and still sent in spite of them telling me they were cancelling it. They told me this after sending multiple template style emails of “nice to hear from you we are sorry for the delay”. Which didn’t even begin to address what I was asking. Initially I was charged before it was even in stock and told there was no ETA at all when I inquired about this email EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LISTED AS IN STOCK! Then, finally I get an email saying they have cancelled the order. Todayz surprise! the order showed up at my doorstep AND THE GLASSES DONT EVEN SEEM REAL! ANDI was never refunded. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any online retailer of any kind. This place should be ashamed of their business practice 1/10 do not recommend unless you want to be abused and ripped off.

Delivery never occurred as I cancelled the order after one week as, obviously, the product wasn't in stock. At no time did the company inform me of an anticipated lead time but instead sent three canned emails saying they had received my order. As I was looking to replace a broken frame I was not willing to play the game of receiving no valid delivery information.
