I had concerns when I had not received a shipping confirmation after a week but was relieved when I was notified they had received the order and was working on getting it out quickly. I made a quick call to the customer service line and spoke to Devarah. She was able to ship my glasses the same day!! I also received a refund promptly when I realized I was not credited using a promo code when I originally placed my order. I am so excited to get my new frames this week and what a deal!!

My dog chewed on my glasses and I could not get them repaired or replaced at the place where I had purchased them. I found the same frames on your website and ordered them. The frames arrived on time, the old lenses fit perfectly, and I saved $50. Thanks!!!

Received sunglasses I ordered in good time—I had in under a week without paying for any extra shipping speed. And in good shape—with all original brand packaging. Also, I’d paid with PayPal and missed where I’d put a discount code into my order so I emailed them & they made adjustment. No problems. I’m happy!!

Rating 5 stars because this site was very easy to navigate. I found what I wanted, and was able to purchase the glasses I wanted at a decent price + discount! Still waiting for my glasses to come in, but overall great experience.

Ordering my eyeglass frames was quite easy. The sales person was knowledgeable and efficient. I give that transaction a 5 star rating. However, I will withhold any further ratings until my package arrives and I see the actual product.
