Ordered Versace glasses without prescription for my mom.. She was very pleased with her order..Designer Optics by far had the best price. Glasses came within a three day period..packaged well with a Versace case.. I normally dont write reviews, but felt it necessary with all the negative reviews..* If your in need of glasses don't hesitate to order..

Ordered a pair of Prada frames on Sunday 1/26 and received them today on 1/29. I was extremely nervous after reading the negative reviews. To be fair, I only ordered the frames and will have my local optometrist fill the prescription.

Today im giving them 5 stars!!! I recieved my gucci glasses..which i may say are legit and top notch!! I still feel like customer service needs mega improvement! I was thinking it was a scam also!! But i finally got them by mail...and they are great and saved me 600 bucks! I think by providing your customers more feedback on there orders would help your ratings improve...its a uneasy feeling to give a company 300 dollars and not be able to contact them! Just saying!

Ordered my prescription lenses and frames today, took almost 2 weeks, I received multiple emails regarding the status and they came in good shape with a case and cloth. Well worth it !! I’m confused why some reviews a bad. Thanks guys !!!!

My glasses arrived exactly 3 weeks after I placed my order. Two pairs. I saw the frames at my local specialty higher end eyeglass store but the price was very high. I found them at Designer Optics and the total price (frames and lenses) was less than half of the local price. I received three emails over the three weeks and responded to the last asking for order status. They responded within 24 hours to let me know the glasses would be shipped soon, and I have them two days later. For comparison, I had a frame I took to my local eyeglass place to have sunglass lenses put in and those took two weeks...and cost more for the lenses than these frames and lenses cost together. I would (and will) choose Designer Optics for my future eyeglass needs. Do not expect to get your glasses in a few days. From what I see, most of the issues are based on expectations of getting your glasses super fast. Expect a month and you’ll probably be pleased. I was able to get two pairs for less than what one would have cost locally. That is worth me being patient, and in my case the customer communication was great.

It didn’t see all the negative reviews until after I placed my order, so was worried. I ordered a pair of non prescription sunglasses at less than half the retail price. They took two weeks to get to the west coast, but were well worth the wait for the price.

It took a couple weeks, but worth it. I was at my eye doctors and saw some frames I loved priced at $399, googled them and they were $86 on this site. Mine came as advertised. Will continue to order from this site.
