Didn't ship out as soon as I expected but glasses arrived in perfect condition and were exactly what I ordered. Also they had the lowest price on these glasses. I would purchase from them again.

My first experience was good Just delivery day mixup

The glasses fit perfectly. The delivery was a day later than I had expected but I can't complain. The price was quite reasonable. I don't think I could have found a better price anywhere else.

Sent to the wrong address

2/18/2020 updates: My glasses were delivered on 2/15/2020, after 12 days of waiting. The quality is good, and I really like the carrying case, it is a leather one, not the plastic one. Therefore, I would like to change my comments to if you don’t mind waiting for 1-2 weeks, you will a get good pair of brand glasses at a lower price. (Updates on 2/13/2020) The item I ordered never came, and the staff kept pushing it off and never told me the shipping schedule. Please don’t be fooled by the cheap price listed on the website, otherwise your patience will drain out. To be specific, the following is the timeline of my order history: ・2/3/2020: I placed an order of Tiffany 2173 for $132.50, the website mentioned the estimated delivery would be 2-3 days ・2/8/2020: The order didn’t come as expected, so I sent an email notifying them I would cancel the order if not shipped on time ・2/10/2020: They replied my email saying they saw my item was coming from a different warehouse, and it would be shipped later this week. ・2/10/2020: I replied their email saying I would file a credit card claim request if I cannot get a tracking number by 2/14/2020 6pm EST. ・2/11/2020: I received the “We didn’t forget about your order” email, and they mentioned the item might be backordered. ・2/13/2020: They sent me an email asking me whether I received the item or not. It was so ridiculous that they even dared to ask me this question before they process shipping. I will file the credit fund claim tomorrow (2/14/2020) as I told them in the email if I cannot get the shipping information by 6pm. I am fed up with playing the back-and-forth guessing game with them.

Actually is not bad at all I order 3 pairs of Versace sunglasses but each pair arrive on a different days and it’s seems fine one star took away because a lot of the questions may not get answer and can’t talk to alive person at all and I tried many times and thank heaven I didn’t run into any trouble with this company so far and it saves me hundreds of dollars so just give yourself a try buy 1 pair first and go from there and all of my 3 sunglasses arrive within 2 weeks

The only problem I had is they told me 1-2 weeks. It ended up like being 3.5. I ordered WileyX prescription sunglasses. They are spot on.
