Frames arrived quickly

I really like my frames. I had the exact frame last year and love them so much I ordered them again. Designer Optics is a great place to buy my frames and they were great to deal with. Also a great price. They shipped very fast.

I found my older, hard to find frames here and was able to put my old lenses in them. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast! I am so grateful they had them in stock!

I order a watch from them. I was skeptical at first but then it has been nothing but a positive experience. I first accidentally put the incorrect zipcode in (my fault). I sent them an email and the next day I got a response that it was fixed. I then received an email that my watch was on back ordered for another month after ordering it when it said it was in stock. I emailed them asking what was going on and that this was a birthday present that was this same week.. They explained to me that their supplier didnt have it when they said they did. They asked me how I wanted to proceed. I told them I still wanted the watch. They thanked me for not canceling my order. Then out of no where the next day I had an email saying that it was on the way and I got it 2days later which was fast than I originally anticipated it when I ordered! I dont know where they found one but I'm really grateful! I will definitely order with them again!.

Ordered on Friday morning hours. Shipped by evening and got delivered by Tuesday(in-stock product). 100% legit.

I ordered a pair of Scott Harris frames that my optometrist no longer stocked. They arrived safely and well packaged.

I simply choke when I think about how much I have to pay for the frames that look best on my face at a optometrist or optical store. It only took about 7 days for these to arrive, and I literally say 50% on the frames. These guys are doing consumers a really great service, And of the three times I checked on the order customer service was very good. Just keep in mind they don't keep these in stock, they have to order them, so you're going to have some time before they get delivered. Personally to save $250 on a $500 frame? I don't mind waiting a few days. Kudos to the owners of this company!
