Sometimes I’m given different answers from different customer service representatives. I know that can be a given when talking to different people, but it would be nice if everyone is on the same page. I like the products offered, so I will keep coming back.

I love my glasses! I ordered from Designer Optics because they had a good price on the specific frames I wanted. The only thing I am unhappy about with my glasses is that they did not polish the edges of the lenses, which should be standard practice for thicker lenses. Aside from that, I am also disappointed with the time it took to fill my order. It took them 25 days to ship my order. On their website, it clearly stated that the frames I ordered would ship within 1 to 5 days. I think they should provide more accurate information so that customers can make an informed decision. Also, it's worth noting that they were closed for the entire eight days of Passover. My understanding of Jewish law is that work is forbidden only on the first and last two days, not the entire eight. It is inexcusable for them to take eight days off while I had to wait 25 days for them to ship my order, which was only supposed to take 1-5 days.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent order from Designer Optics. We are glad to hear that you are happy with your glasses, but we are sorry to learn that there were certain aspects of your experience with us that fell short of your expectations. Firstly, we apologize for any oversight on our part regarding the polishing of the edges of the lenses. While we do offer edge polishing for thicker lenses, we understand that this was not provided for your glasses. We assure you that we will review our processes to ensure that we provide the highest quality service to our customers. We also apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order. Please note that while our website states that the frames would ship within 1-5 days, this information pertains to the frames only. Prescription orders do take additional time to process and work on the lenses. Additionally, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by our eight-day Passover closure. While we observe Passover, we do post our shipping and working days in the calendar on our website. We regret any inconvenience this has caused. At Designer Optics, we are committed to providing the best possible products and services to our customers. We appreciate your feedback and value your satisfaction. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to serving you again in the future.

You only have 14 days to decide on the frames. If you wait longer than that, you might get stuck with them. Check your item right away after receiving it. I sent mine to my optician and did not notice a defect until after.

I placed my order online and when it arrived, it was not correct. I ordered glasses and sunglasses and both had to be corrected. Once corrected, I love my glasses. I chose online ordering and uploaded my prescription thinking that would be easier but with this company it wasn't. I'm not sure why the representative I spoke to could not get it right. Love the product in the end but would not use this company again.

I ordered some sunglasses and used the two day shipping. I don’t recall if they got here within that time. Upon opening my sunglasses I noticed the left side was wobbly and the arm was bent/curved. The right side fit normally and was not bent or curved. There was about half an inch more space between my head and the frame on the left side. I sent them back on 9/28 and I am expecting to receive the new pair I had to order before 10/4, as I am going on vacation on that day and need sunglasses.
