I received a faulty (crooked) designer sunglasses without any pouch or case to preserve them or carry them. But it seems that keep them is more easy than return them. I do not recommend this store.

I ordered glasses after waiting 2 half weeks to get my glasses .They were awful really small barley fit my face , I looked Ridiculous !! I was very upset I wanted to return them Designer Optics said no can't return them ! I read on there website IF YOUR NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER THEY WILL RETURN THEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS .bullcrap they won't take em back .

Hello Deann, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product.
