Ponzi scheme where they suck you in with ridiculously low prices on current season items knowing they will later pull the plug on you by saying it is now back ordered. They then delay to the point they hope you will give up and they can absorb your money permanently. Even if they were to finally deliver the product there is no way you could expect it to be genuine given the unprecedented lack of professionalism. Will not allow you to track orders so that they can later fake delivery and deny you the refund you deserve. Click on email support address given in the footer of emails sent to you and your email is actually composed to "Shadieware.com". Go to Shadieware.com - surprise, surprise...the site has been shut down. Google that company - surprise, surprise...complaint after complaint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. The expected saving will actually be actually be a loss as you will receive nothing but complete & utter frustration. These people are human garbage who should be locked up in the toilet of society that is protective custody with the rest of our filth.

took a long time to get 30 days or so

Never shipped. Stated available at purchase. Received message on back order weeks later

Not happy, first they billed me $30 more than quoted for US exchange which was not in quoted price. Then I had to pick it up at my post office and pay additional $28 for shipping and wait 2 weeks to get it, I will not be dealing with designeroptics again.

Ordered my glasses on 10 days ago. I have not received a tracking number for the shipment yet. When I contact Designer Optics, they said they do not have them in stock, and they were ordering from the manufacturer, but that it was not on back order. I still don’t have my glasses, they already charged my card, I have no clue when or if I will get them. Designer Optics keeps telling me to wait and they will ship to me a soon as they get them. They keep saying they should arrive “soon” I should just “be patient” I’m going to try to cancel my order today. What a waste of my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just received my order but I need to return it as it doesn’t fit my face. It’s been a hassle so far to communicate with the customer service. I sent an email with my order number and they keep coming back with emails and questions instead of telling me the process and to give me a return label. They are just wasting my time and giving me a hard time to return it. They only have a 14 days policy and they already wastes two of them! I’m not a happy customer.

I spent almost $300 on a pair of Versace Prescription glasses, It took over a month for the product to arrive! Not only that, the day it arrived, the lens fell out as I was wearing it. I contacted them, and they told me to ship the product back. So i'd have to pay for their awful service and incompetence. Avoid at all costs! NOT worth the wait and price.
