Hello Angel, We are sorry but The most we advertise is expected delivery dates based on what manufacturer's tell us. If the product is back-ordered and delaying, we offer to exchange it with the In-Stock product. If you no longer wish to wait you may request a cancellation.

Hello Arnold, We deeply apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We sometimes do not receive a definitive date from our manufacturers for the arrival of the shipment, we advertise and update the tentative dates of restocking provided to us from manufacturers. We do provide option for exchange with other products which are in stock with us or for cancellation of your order, once you confirm cancellation we process the same immediately without any delay. As customer satisfaction is our first priority we are trying our best to deliver the same to you. Hope to have you back soon with better and satisfied assistance.
