As a first time customer, I had a very positive experience ordering Gucci eyeglasses (non-prescription). The cost was the best for high-quality eyewear (I paid significantly more for the same pair at Cohen's. I accidentally broke the handle and purchased the frames as a replacement). Placing the order was easy and delivery was within 72 hours for free. My only complaint is that the price of my eyewear dropped by $50 the very next day and no credit was extended.

The over all product is great i love the style and color of the glasses only thing i have a problem with is the glasses case was to small i can't close the case with the glasses in it. I sent pictures of the case not closing with the glasses in the case i hope we can resolve this matter quickly thank you!

Other than how long it took for me to get the frames, I love them and now I can see again! Going 10 days without glasses is not fun. I was very happy that they had my current frames in stock when my eye doctors office didn't carry them any longer. They even had other colors so I chose black frames this time. They look great!

Good experience with this site.. however I didnt end up liking the size of the frames I chose and I cannot exchange because they were done with prescription.. pretty bummed because they dont look good on me. I would just say make sure you know what style n size is best for you before you order. I was in between the two size options they offered and I went with the larger when I shouldve gone with the smaller. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

You can return the product for refund but we only refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Please let us know if you have any other concerns or questions.
