Thank you for ordering with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We refunded your order in full. From what I understand in your order you ordered a tortoise shell frame. Tortoise design always differs a little bit as every frame has the design a little different. As the color could be a little bit darker in actual as the picture on computer. I also understand you requested on a different frame via email which we provided an available date. If you need any addition help please feel free to contact us [email protected] or call us 718-412-0407. Our customer service team will gladly assist you.
