Love the frames and the RX came out perfect! I did not appreciate the lack of communication in regards to order status! It took 3 weeks to receive them and the CS reps would not communicate well with order status. Otherwise, my review would be a big 5 stars.

Second time trying to submit a review, hence the three stars. Glasses were over $200 and didn’t include a case. Other than that, they were fine. Definitely cheaper than the eye doctor. I messaged them about the missing case and they said they’d ship one. Still waiting for it.

Didn't really appreciate that you automatically checked the insurance offer. I called and spoke to Peter about reversing the charges and I have yet to see this on my credit card statement. Seems a little sneaky and deceitful to me......

I did not get the tracking until many days after… I called and could not get through.., finally when I received the tracking, the process was smoother… I received the glasses through USPS which was good.., the glasses frame was too big but returning them wasn’t an option since I could not get in contact.

Slow. It took a while to get the Rx purchase given the price point. Selection and ordering all fine. I had to inquiry through customer service to know what the status was.

Honestly, I didn't have the best experience. My order got messed up three times and then I was told at the last minute that the item I ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer. I did at least get a small refund back and was able to keep the incorrect orders.

I love that I was able to get the designer frames that my eye doctor carries for a fraction of the price. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it did not even get shipped out for 10 days. But the glasses are great

I returned the frames( Gucci) because it did not meet my expectations, it was damaged, but customer service quickly solved the problem with the order.
