Poor customer service and cheap quality products
I have always been skeptical about purchasing expensive important things online and this experience validated all my worries. I decided to give this company a try based on all the "positive" reviews and I couldn't have been more disappointed. These reviews must of been a scam! I purchased Gucci mens prescription glasses and spent close to $1000 just for them to come apart and look nothing like they did in the picture! So in order to get them repaired I had to pay $60 to send them in as if it was my fault. So I sent them in and it took over a month to get them back just for them to come back worse than it was before! They came apart again and they expect me to pay another $60 to send them back in! Absolutely worst customer service and products are horrible. I could have saved me the hassle by purchasing these glasses at an actual store where I wouldn't have been scammed. I've learned my lesson. I will never purchase anything from this company again and if you don't want to experience the same issues I suggest you don't either.

Hi, thank you for sharing this — we're sorry to hear about the trouble and take this feedback seriously. We'd like to clarify one point: the service fee tied to a warranty claim isn't a repair charge or an assumption of fault on the customer's part. It's a standard warranty service and handling fee that covers processing the claim with the manufacturer, labor, and shipping the frame to and from them — it applies the same way regardless of whether the manufacturer sends back a new frame or repairs the original. We can also confirm that, as discussed directly, we're moving forward with a brand-new frame replacement under warranty rather than a repair. We'd like to finish resolving this with you directly — please reach out at 718-412-0407 or reply to our most recent email. — Designer Optics Team
