I ordered a sunglass clip after I lost mine but I received the wrong item because I used the wrong frame model number. I called the customs Service and they were very helpful to help me to return the wrong item and order me the right item.

They did have the item and shipped it quickly. Staff is very friendly. they have "Fraud detection system" nofraud.com that requests some verification, not sure how it helps, but that delayed a bit shipment. otherwise everything looks legit, received the item in reasonable time.

I love how easy it was to find and order the frames we needed. Our dog chewed up my wife’s prescription frames and we didn’t want to go to the eye doctor and deal with an eye exam new glasses etc.
