Simple process. Ordering was user friendly. Only glitch was has to spit the PD as a binocular PD was not an option in the drop down choices. Overall it was a great experience, shipping was a little slow but I was updated the whole time on the delays which was appreciated.

I have received my replacement frames. After making a mistake and ordering the wrong frames (my fault!), I called customer support and they were very helpful and responsive - staying on the phone until we had the situation completely resolved. A pleasant experience to be able to get the situation resolved by the same person who answered the phone! I plan to use Designer Optics for my future eyewear needs!
