Dear Customer, We regret to hear of the concerns you've encountered with your recent order. I would like to explain and clarify the misunderstanding by you in these orders. You have ordered 2 Rayban frames. Both frames are showing on your order as the discounted price posted online. Your first order placed for the raybans in gold were originally $111, the discount posted online showed $66.34 and that is exactly the same on your invoice in your order. The second order for the Black raybans original price was $81 posted online as discounted to $47.71 and that is the price on your invoice. Within our communication, we affirmed our commitment to issuing $39 discount offered only to be used on the original price. We would like to inform you that we did review your order and found that we were corresponding with multiple emails answering your request, on your first choice of maybe exchange of the frame and then to refund. We did not charge for a restocking fee; we refunded your frames in full. The only amount not refunded was of shipping charged to you while we shipped the item.
