I received the product without any issue

EDITED: I came back to change my review. My glasses were marked as shipped and delivered but didn’t actually show up for 3 days. The glasses were exactly what I ordered and at a good price. I would order from this company again but took off one star because the inaccurate tracking information provided. I would say allow at least 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

I, Order a pair of polo (ph4153) sunglasses from designerOptics . Package arrived in good condition and most of all, my sunglasses are authentic Ralph Lauren Polo shades. Positive experience!!

Order was fulfilled pretty quickly. My sunglasses arrived within a week from order date. Only reason I took of a star that in case you have a return, they require you to ship it back with signature confirmation which will end up costing you about $10 of return shipping fee plus a $5 handling fee for the return itself so your refund will be minus $15 I probably won’t order again from them unless I have the chance to try on the exact style / model at a store before, to avoid a return. If they’d make returns easier (like Amazon) I’d def order more models to try on

Initial shopping experience was fabulous, excellent selection, ordering was easy and the prices were fair. Only complaint is how long it took to receive... but I suspect that is USPS & Canada Post issues (Covid) rather than D.O. As it appeared to ship promptly. I will shop here again!

Five star fast shipping. Great frame at great price. Four star for the damaged outer box of the eye glasses. Will buy again.

My frames broke and were discontinued so I was thrilled to find them on designeroptics.com. They were the same price I paid in the store. They were delivered in a timely manner and I took them to my optomitrist to get the lenses put in. One side went in without a problem, the other side took almost 40 minutes to remove the screw so they could put my lens in. Nobody can understand why that screw was so difficult. But at least I have them now and I'm happy with them.

It took a long time for delivery but at least a good frame for a good price. Recommandable even for orders from Germany.
