I wanted them to come sooner but it only took 3 days I love my glasses and they tint up brown outside highly satisfied customer!

I ordered a pair YSL shades, they came in a Gucci case! Now I’m not sure why this occurred, but it turned me off about future purchases.

I did finally receive my frames, but only some detective work on my part. Your shipping department mislabeled my package, and I will attach a photos at your request. What I don't understand, is the billing address was the same as the delivery address??? If I could add a helpful suggestion, please make careful checking mailout addresses in your training. I ordered three pairs of coatas and paid for 2 day shipping. The first two pairs cane in within 2-3 weeks. Still have not gotten the third pair and it has been over a month. The two pairs i did get are great but i need me last pair. I’m tired of waiting.

I think you guys messed up on my prescription it’s I put in my right prescription but these glasses are not my prescription

As per our company policy we cannot accept returns or Exchange the Rx Products, If there is any issue related to your lens kindly send us back we will send it to our lab for re inspection for the glasses, if our experts find any difference in your lenses as per your prescription we will correct your lenses and will send it back to you. we will definitely take steps to ensure that this situation does not happen again.

Wasted money on a case for the sunglasses i purchased as a gift. Case is too small. It was recommended by the seller as an add on item. * Update- Reply from the company just shy of six months later.. Wow, great customer service ! NOT.
