We placed an order for prescription glasses on November 20th. We went with them because their site said "Ships within 1 to 5 Days". Even after placing the order the confirmation email said "Ships within 1 to 5 Days". On Nov 25 I checked in to see if my glasses had shipped. They let me know that they didn't even have the frames in stock yet! I mentioned the order stating "Ships within 1 to 5 Days" as well as pointing out that the same frames I ordered still said "Ships within 1 to 5 Days" on their site. They kept thanking me for my patience and said "they should arrive soon and that my order would be expedited. I checked again on Dec 3 and got the same run-around. Frames still not in stock and they weren't sure when they would arrive. Again they told me as soon as the frames arrived they would be "expedited". I then asked how long does it take to put the prescription lenses in my frames once you receive them. I was told "3 to 10 days"!!!! So much for the "Ships within 1 to 5 Days". I checked a 3rd time on December 12. I was told that the lab had them and they would ship no later than the 15th but they were "expediting" my order. They finally shipped on Dec 16 (they didn't even make their 3-10 days after getting the frames). So the glasses I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping with a promise of "Ships within 1 to 5 Days" took a month to arrive. So much for the "Ships within 1 to 5 Days" or the "we're sorry they're late we will expedite your order". They did NOTHING they promised. They are filled with empty promises, and they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If time is of the essence do not trust these folks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is SHITTY. Based off the reviews it appears as though they only service who THEY WANT TO. I NEVER received my package, they chose a poor parcel service, and they go through crazy loopholes just to not give you your refund. All of our orders (or mine) at least came with protection….. Yet, I have yet to receive a refund, or a reshipment . A reshipment is what I valued the most, because I really wanted the shades. But this business is just poor overall, and the customer service reps are very incompetent. - Just pay $400-500 for the shades at SUNGLASSHUT or DILLARDS…. They wouldn’t put you this much trouble. And they would’ve provided me what I needed at this point….

I made a purchase in november 25, they told me i just need to wait until they have the stock, today december 30 i just cancel my order. very bad service

Can I give zero stars. Ordered glasses which still show available with five day shipping. 26 days later and several emails about waiting for the warehouse to ship… the glasses aren’t available. The company never emailed me to notify me unless I initiated the requests looking for my glasses. They did not offer any thing but exchange or refund. I would have potentially ordered a different pair with a discount code or better customer service. Very disappointed.

Dont do business with this company. They don't tell you when an item is out of stock, their item descriptions aren't accurate, and it is painful to get an exchange initiated.

ordered on dec 1st , called 7 times ,still waiting on supplier ,usually 3 days .on 16th frames arrive and customer service rep would not even put a rush on my frames at the lab , just 5 to 10 days ,then we will mail them .Oh I also paid for express shipping.So I guess I will my glasses around jan 10th or so ..40 days to get ...go else where , lots of much faster companies that care if you are a customer or not

Total scam false advertisement. They claim to sell MiraFlex on the website, but NOT true! They will ship similar name brand hopping you don’t notice, but you actually get garbage for your money! Don’t buy from them! Don’t trust them!

GASLIGHT ALERT!! I don't know if they didn't have the stones to tell me, but this is not a legitimate business.
