I ordered some glasses from DF. The frames had been discontinued but the sales rep told me they had them "In Stock". No Problem. So- I placed my order. A month later- no frames. I emailed to ask about my order. Response was- Oh! We tried to call and couldn't get ahold of you. The frame was out of stock. No voicemail. No Email. No text. I wasted a whole month waiting for my new Rx. I'd rate them a 0 score if that was an option.

If YOU want the red carpet rolled out for you in regards to YOUR vision needs and wants, no one out works, out shines or goes that extra mile for YOU more than Mr. Billy, Ms. Lilly and Mr. Eric at Designer Frames Outlet.

I tried contacting Designer Frames Outlet to order some tinted lenses. However, the same message plays constantly, "Due to staffing issues we are unable to take your call". We simply do not believe the message is in any way truthful. This (same) message has been playing for over a year. In addition, the recording states to contact customer service via email which we did. Once we sent the message to the above email, the message 'bounced'. This is a fictitious company most likely comprised of snakes. *We would not recommend this business to anyone, not any.

It was delivered as scheduled, and I love the glasses. Thank you.
