It was wonderful with a good price

I wasn’t aware the glasses I ordered had nose pads attached. I do not like nose pads on my glasses but I did not see them when I was purchasing. I called to see if my eye doctor could take them off but unfortunately they are not able to. So at this very moment they’re on their way back to Designer Frames! Just for a refund, no glasses!

Excellent experience with Designer Frames. I live in Quebec, and I received my glasses a little over two weeks after placing my order. (No customs fees.) They are exactly what I wanted, and the prescription seems perfect. I also spoke with customer service and received fast and efficient assistance. I highly recommend them.

Great company. From date of posting, took only 4 days to get from USA to UK. Love my frames!

I found the website a little hard to follow but then again I’m not young. I prefer the days when one could actually talk to a real person re: a product or protocol rather than wait for an email. Aside from that, I’m pleased with my purchase. The only thing that slighted me was even as a first time buyer I wasn’t given a $20 discount bc I ordered a second pair to compare colors and unfortunately I chose to keep the second pair ordered (which I paid full price for). Anyway, business is business and I am happy with finding Adira Sally online😃 Cecelia

The company did great with reaching back out to me when asking for updates on my order. I just received my glasses and I love them! Processing the order took a little longer and I was a bit worried about the quality and if the package would get lost. But over all I am happy with my purchase!

I ordered some coach frames with lenses and I received them and only wore twice making sure to put them in my lens case and clean with special lens cleaning towel and the color around my frames is already chipping. When contacting customer service they told me my warranty is expired because my frames are no longer available and they cancelled it. This is less than 1 week after receiving them!! And the only offer they give is a 30% discount on my frames. This is my first and last time ordering from them. Poor quality

Exactly what I expected to get. The delivery date was just bit perplexing.
