I was very satisfied with the eyeglasses I received. they fit and look very sharp and couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great design and will order from here again in the future.

Sat on my order for over a week. Changed my order (From black (only color avail in that frame style) to gun metal) which I was thrilled to get - prefer gun metal. Then sent the black frame. Frame was brand new and still in the case and protective pouch.

Your company had in stalk the frames that I looked for. I had searched many websites for a particular frame that I purchased many years ago.

Waited a month for readers despite the website stating they would ship within 2-3 days of order. The product received was damaged with a bent arm. They refused to send a new pair until they physically receive the glasses back and will determine whether replace or repair despite my sending pictures that show the product being damaged.

My original frames were very delayed without communication to explain. I emailed customer service and spoke to Lilly. She was extremely helpful and checked in routinely until I received my frames. Lilly was great.
