Designer FramesReviews of designerframesoutlet.com

The glasses arrived quickly and were great quality. I have ordered my last pair from here before and was pleased as well. However, I ordered men’s and not women’s so I had to return them so I can get a refund and order them in women’s. I think women could wear men’s if they have a wide nose at the bridge. My face is very small and I was not able to hold them up due to my small nose and face shape. Hopefully my refund will come and I can reorder in women’s. These glasses are the ones that were worn in Mollys Game and are very attractive. I have not been able to find them in black in women’s which I am hoping someone will start making this model again due to they are extremely attractive pair of glasses.

Great quality and received on time! Thank you!

Arrived later than anticipated. Frames were as advertised. Thank you.

Glasses Arrived when supposed to.

Loved my glasses when I received. Just what expected. Great quality. Fast service

Was easy to search and find what I was looking for. It was in stock, affordable and decent arrival period. Kept me informed on updates about the shipment and follow up to make everything is well.

I shipped the company two pairs of Oakley frames for single vision prescription lens replacements. I received only one pair back showing my order has been fulfilled and delivered. When I call customer service I receive a message stating that due to staffing issues no one is available and that I can use email or live chat. I spent 5 hours on live chat and never received the first message. I have sent at least one email a day for four days and tomorrow will make day 5 and still nothing. The website says they reply within 8 hrs, so I feel like four days is plenty of time. I’m now at a loss of 250.00$ frames and 50.00$ lenses. I wouldn’t send or purchase anything from this company as this has been the worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews. Customer service is non existent and the fight for answers is like pulling teeth. Save your money and time and choose someone else to meet your needs!

Very efficient and fast shipping. Item also accurate
