Designer FramesReviews of designerframesoutlet.com

Excellent experience, good communication and speedy delivery to Australia. Fabulous product at a good price too.

It was a good shopping experience; I love my new sunglasses.

The glasses frame is twisted and one of the hinges on the frame is bent, straight out of the box

So far, I’ve placed two orders with this company. The first order I was worried wouldn’t get back to me and that I was scammed, but the frames were on back order. They came in a month and exactly what I wanted. I ordered a second pair shortly after that came in about two weeks. I will keep using them.

Great product fast service

My new classes are perfect. They are progressives and a very strong prescription. I had tried on glasses at a local shop but was told they don’t take my insurance so I started shopping on online. My Tom Ford frames and lenses here were $200 less than I would have spent using my VSP insurance

The customer service was great! Lilly did a superb job keeping me informed and responding in a timely fashion. However, the website needs work. The estimated times for processing and delivery were very long and the glasses arrived with imperfections. They were no assemble properly. I had to tighten the screws after I received them. I do not think I will order frames from them again. Not because of the customer service or even the product, just because it takes about a month from the time you place the order to you receive the frames.

Very efficient with replying .. great customer service. I would definitely return and recommend to others.
