I love my Gucci frames! Very lite and stylish!

Delivered faster than expected and the frames are legit and were so much cheaper than I was quoted for by other shops

Brought my mom a pair of Versace frames from here. They communicated every step of the way, from being made in the lab, to being shipped. Arrived 3.5 weeks after ordering and she loves them. This site is legit!

No real customer service due to staffing issues? Placed an order for 2 Prada men's reading glasses, they did not ship until after the estimated delivery date (not the ship date) and I paid for expedited shipping as well. I called twice and went to a generic answering service, then I messaged twice and emailed once trying to cancel since it didn't ship yet. About 2 days later it shipped and arrived and then took a some time of return and eventual refund. I personally won't shop here again due to the lack of customer service and limited online portal cancelation options. TLDR: way to long to ship, little to no communication.

Nice glasses. Very happy with them. Took much too long to arrive and I had to send an email to customer service to find out what the issue was. They were very immediate in their response and extremely helpful. I will purchase from them again for sure

Arrived on time and packaged correctly. Glasses fit very well and crafted well. I like that I can get new rx put on old frames.

After 12 years my eyeglass prescription changed. Over that time I accumulated 50+ pairs and wanted to keep wearing some of them. The new lenses made for me are great and I will definitely be sending my favorite frames to be updated.
