I love my new glasses. They got it right, and they're beautiful. For the price, you can't beat it! I will buy from this company again!

I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. I never received them and had to escalate the problem in Paypal. You cannot communicate with this place. Their toll-free number is fake. Nobody answers and you cannot leave a message. Their chat is constantly down. They do not communicate by email with the exception of with a computer generated response that they received the email. I am probably going to have to sue them in Washington to get my money back.

I broke my frames and didn't want to buy new frames PLUS new lenses. My opthamologist no longer carried my old frames, which I purchased through him a few years ago. I got the specs from my old frames and put them into the search bar and just like magic, Designer Frames responded that they had what I needed. The new frames arrived within a week and I had my old lenses put in, Yeah!!! All this for under $200.

I ordered frames only. They are beautiful and fit well. The virtual try on was a big help. They were packaged well and were delivered promptly. I can't wait to get them back from my my optometrist.

I was able to find designer frames very similar to what my eye doctor had on display for almost half the price. The entire ordering process was easy. The time from order to receipt is a little long (I live in Midwest America, so it was about 4 weeks), but that's to be expected.

Glasses were delayed in stock, but expedited my shipment once in stock and great communication. Highly recommend.
