I had a great experience with Designer Frames. It’s my first time ordering from them. I ordered a pair of Tory Burch sunglasses with prescription lenses for driving. Glasses arrived within the promised time and prescription is done correctly. I’m very happy with the purchase. Will order again!

DO NOT do business with this company! It was a nightmare experience for me from beginning to end. Jan. 2026 I ordered around 8 pairs of frames from this company and waited two weeks with no shipment. I tried calling them; their phone goes straight to a message saying they do not answer calls, and customers must use their chat option on their website or email customer service. I did both of these things numerous times for a few weeks. Finally, desperate, I went to their Facebook page and posted that I needed help. Within hours after that post, I got a message. Apparently, one pair of the frames was on backorder, which was holding up the entire order. So, after one month, I finally got all but one pair shipped to me. The customer service rep. emailed me to just hold onto them and return the ones I didn't want when the last one came to me-@ 2 months after my order. When I went to ship them back, they offered me one return label. I didn't trust shipping $750 worth of frames across the country via USPS ground, with only $100 of insurance built into the label they provided (which I paid for), which the post office said was not sufficient for the weight of my items. I spent $31 to mail it via Priority Mail with $750 insurance. Well, I'll be dambed, but guess what? Discount Frames Outlet claimed they never received the priority-shipped box. It was signed for! I had to file a dispute with American Express and spend hours on the phone with various post offices to chase down the box. In the end, the post office insists they shipped it to the right location and won't honor my insurance. American Express wins the day by immediately crediting the amount back to my card. Guess what? The day after I initiated an AmEx dispute, the DFO customer service rep emailed me that she was "going" to credit me back as a courtesy before I filed the dispute. I call bull shit. DO NOT do business with this company. Almost non-existent customer service. I'm happy to pay full price locally rather than deal with their terrible customer service. The only reason I even ordered from them to begin with is that my local eye Dr. was having delays restocking his frames in Jan. This company needs far more customer service reps. to better communicate with customers.

I was apprehensive about buying exact Gucci replacement lenses from anyone but Gucci but I took a chance after a brief email confirmation that they were authentic. I received my lenses a little early and was relieved that they were genuine and easy to replace. Thank you!

Places order 4/22 and only after repeated emails did they answer saying the frame were lost in transit on 4/29. Well this style was discontinued a while ago, so I find it hard to believe something no longer made was lost in transit. I don't think they were ever shipped because they are no longer made but still being offered on the website.

I never will deal with this company again I never got my order there customer service is piss poor I reached out to them they never responded I've been emailing them for days still nothing if I could give them 0 stars that would be to many now im out of my money and frames I recommend no one shop at this site ever in any lifetime

Excellent purchase! I found the frames I wanted, and they filled my prescription beautifully. The price and value are exceptional! Took a little while to receive them, but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience ! They had frames I have been looking for everywhere & no one but designer frames had! Also, customer service was extremely helpful and they arrived sooner than expected.
