Awesome glasses

Over a period of about 6 months I had cataract surgeries to correct profound nearsightedness, followed by eye muscle revision to correct double vision. So over this time I needed three prescriptions filled: first for a much stronger correction with prism, second for progressive reading glasses with prism, and third for progressive reading glasses without prism. All were filled promptly, flawlessly, and affordably by Designer Frames Outlet. It is a jungle out there online, but in my experience, DFO is the real deal.

The company should not be in business i paid over $400 for two pair of glasses with transition and other add on. It took two months just get get one pair and they did NOT add transition that i paid extra for. Im not sure if the prescription is even in the lens because I got a headache from wearing the glasses so I don’t even wear them I started wearing back my old glasses. After two months I’ve emailed them every day asking for my other pair of Versace glasses they never sent. All they kept saying was sorry for the delay. So then I just said give me a refund they stated they will keep the frames that i paid for so they can sell them to someone else. And only gave me 50% back on the lens. This company is a fraud and scaming people out there money. They couldn’t even say that they messed up and that they will just go ahead and give me all my money since they didn’t have any of the products. And was not able to do it correctly. After i let them know they are a poor company They kept sending me emails saying they’re sorry it was a mistake in the lab how many mistakes were there. So i gave them free money. I have to go pay more money for eye doctor to fix the lenses that they probably didn’t even put in prescription since my eye tension headaches started after putting on the glasses.

I broke my frames Thanksgiving night and was upset when I found out they were discontinued as I really like them. Rhonda went and found them on on your website and ordered them for me as my eye doctor's office tried calling someone and they said they could get a pair but the cost was over $200.00. Your price was reasonable and I was so happy to get the replacement frame. Thank you!

I have not received my order. It was canceled by you and I have yet to receive my refund!!

Ordering my new Versace glasses was so easy! I love all the options of designer frames and will be ordering again.

It took forever to get my glasses and they give me a terrible headache and I just realized that I will only get a 50% refund.

The frames are great...prices and style can't be beat. It was the lenses that surprised me. I have a tricky prescription and my lenses are perfect.
