Waited for weeks and finally got my glasses only to put them on and see the wrong prescription. Seriously disappointed with the entire process. I'm not even going to return them because I'll only get 50% of money back and it's going to take me weeks or months to get it fixed. So so so let down. Just not a good experience.

The glasses were easy to order, came pretty quickly and feel good to wear, unlike another pair I bought from a different company, which don't feel like the correct prescription even though it is the same.

I had these glasses before but lost them, and couldn't get them anymore through Costco, so I was was excited to have found them here. I knew I would love the way the looked, but I am super pleased about the rx part. They are progressive lens so I was worried about whether the lens placement would be right with the distance and reader part of the lens. They are perfect! The price was very comparable as well and the communication about my order was excellent. I will use Designer Frames Outlet again!
