Before buying the glasses
Before buying the glasses, ask on the web chat if they had them in stock and they said yes, that's why you bought them, after 3 weeks they write to me saying that they do not have it and that they would return the money

Dear Nathalie, An apology is no substitute for good service, but I want to offer one on behalf of our company. We appreciate your reporting this matter to us. It helps to know the kinds of difficulties our customers have so we can work toward improvements. Unfortunately, the item you requested was located in one of our 13 stores, due to the Covid-19, we were unable to access to some stores and we had to cancel your order. Once again, we truly apologize for not meeting your expectations and for being unable to fulfill your order.
