Hello Bobby, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, we value greatly all feedback that we receive, good or bad to help us in our thirst to improve. After looking at your order history we see that your Frame was fully refunded the same day it was received. as per your prescription, one of our sales Rep explained to you they are non-refundable before you placed the order and you agreed to continue with your order. Even though lenses are non-refundable, as a courtesy we refunded the amount paid for your prescription. The refund took longer than expected because we had to override our system. It was never our intention to make you feel you wanted to receive an extra refund from us, but we made an exception for you and that took longer to process.
