No one answers the phone or emails. I tried Contacting via Facebook and Instagram still NOTHING. I made an order the 15th and have yet to receive an update . Smh...the customer services sucks . Update: designer Eyes’s contacted me and I received my package. I’m am pleased with my Sunglasses .

I recently purchased designer eyeglasses at the Retail Store Designer Eyes Aventura Mall, here is the summary of my experience: The Positive: * Large Selection of Designer frames and Sunglasses * Beautifully displayed Merchandise * Friendly Sales Associates * Aggressive Discounts ( Best in Aventura Mall) The Negative: * Very poor Optical Lab work, my lenses came back w/o transition and very thick unnecessary edge * The second lab job came back with the Transition darker than they should be, and still not shaped to fit in the frame properly. * I was promised that they would call me and resolve the issue, they never did. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
