Hello Nicole. we understand your concern regarding your package. We told you to proceed and file a claim with your bank since we were waiting on a response from UPS and the package appeared signed and delivered. UPS is such a respectable carrier and we can not accuse them of forging a signature. We understand your concern and we were and are doing the best to help you; unfortunately, we are not allowed to issue refunds without first doing a claim and investigate the case properly (since the package was not lost, but signed and delivered to the correct address).
