I had a question about a product from a company that had a discontinued product I needed to use and had some questions. I asked and they answered so quicky and so nice and in full detail, also let me know they would keep me updated on when their new product would be released. SO NICE and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!

It took about a week for them to ship the item. The item received -tinted elta MD Spf 40- has a terrible Smell of product gone back. I contacted the site the same day, trying to return the product. They emailed me label telling me that the link to the label is only good for an hour- I did not check my emails until later and the link expired. Will not be ordering from them again

Dermavenue is a great place... to purchase cosmetics. USPS was incredibly delayed over the holiday, so I had to wait quite a long time for my product to arrive. Dermavenue was super responsive in keeping me updated about the status of my shipment. I love the Obaji products that Dermavenue offers. I will continue to purchase from Dermavenue!
