Product, promotions, website ordering, and product receipt is all good. My only issue is the ability to only use one code per order. Unable to use x% off promo code plus code to redeem points earned from previous orders.

They were very helpful when I asked what moisturizer I should use. They gave me several options to choose. Hopefully the one I choose works. My last order came pretty quick so this one should too. Will probably buy from them again.

Fabulous experience! Amazing customer service both via chat and on the phone. There are so many things I love about Dermavenue. I am a new customer and had some questions. All of my questions were answered knowledgeably, thoroughly, and professionally. The fact that I could call the company and speak with (an incredible!) service person was fantastic - no waiting. A lot of companies don't even bother having live support! Dermavenue has gone above and beyond in every area. Shipping was fast, my items were well packaged, and they even threw in plenty of great free samples for me to try out. Demavenue really wants my business, and they've got it! Will definitely order from them again and totally recommend them. What a great find - it's the beginning of a beautiful relationship!! I was told by Brilliant Distinctions/Alle, the program that manages points for SkinMedica, that I would receive points with them when I purchase from an authorized retailer. They said I would have the opportunity to report my purchase as I was completing the order - at least that's what their authorized dealers do. Well, that didn't happen with Dermavenue. I did receive points with your company - but that's not what was expected. Now I wonder if you are even an authorized dealer, and I am concerned about the legitimacy of the product I ordered. Very disappointed.

Have just started ordering from Dermavenue. I am very impressed with their customer service exhibited in very fast order acknowledgement, shipping release of product and customer notification. Also great coupons and sales. I will certainly reorder.
