I can't summarize my full experience with Dermavenue just yet, because I haven't yet received my order. But I am a little disappointed after placing my order, because I used a coupon code that was supposed to give me a free gift with a $165 value if I spent over $250 on SkinMedica products. I spent more than that amount, and nothing in my cart or order confirmation showed that I would be getting the free gift. I am hoping that I will still get the free gift, and that it wasn't a bait-and-switch kind of thing. It sounds like a dumb thing to complain about, but if it hadn't been for that deal, I would have used the retailer I normally use, where I get points and other loyalty perks.

Hello, sorry to cause you a concern! But I assure you the gift will be included in the shipment. Sometimes if you check out to fast or various other technical reasons the gifts do not populate in your cart on time.
