difficult to find right discounts
Response from DermavenueSep 16, 2021
Hello, our discounts are always off the MSRP value. The pricing live on site without a coupon code often changes. Sometimes the products may be 10% off or more. As noted in our email offers, discounts are off the retail value. Thank you, DermAvenue

Last time I bought in dermavenue the product' ( obavy retinol cream to face) plastic bottle ruptured in the bottom during the first squeezing, lossing some amount of the cream. I will give one more try to the company.
Response from DermavenueAug 16, 2021
Hi Silvana, the Obagi retinols are now a pump and no longer a squeeze bottle. If you attempt to squeeze them, nothing will come out of the top and it will burst the bottom. Any bottle you receive that is still the squeeze tube from any other site is an older product. Thank you DermAvenue

Pretty good selection and coupon codes. Not happy paying shipping when I use them though. Can have slow shipping.

Had an offer code would not accept. Somewhat misleading between email sent with offer code and checkout system
Response from DermavenueJul 19, 2021
Hi Mary, apologies for any confusion. One of our representatives will reach out to you. You can also give us a call at 8008053752 or chat in live with us and we can see what code you had and address any issues with it.

I didn’t know I had rewards. So check your rewards before purchase people. And it only said one discount allowed so unsure if I could have used the Memorial Day discount code and my rewards….. You need to let a person know they have rewards.
Response from DermavenueJun 7, 2021
Hi Renee, the system emails you with your rewards points, please check your spam/junk folder. Thank you, DermAvenue

Love this line of products. Unfortunately it took way too long to get to me.

I received an email confirming my order and it was wrong. Still not rectified
Response from DermavenueMay 6, 2021
Hello, I believe you have spoke with us and this situation has been cleared. Sorry for the error in our system that displayed the wrong product. You should be receiving your order soon! Thank you so much for your order.

Tried to put in discount code and it didn’t take. Response Understand your response. It would be helpful if when you put the code in that it states already discounted or product not available for discount. Your phone message asked for codes - RETURN10 and WELCOME15 and 20.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I see you purchased Neocutis at 25% off without a coupon code. When certain brands are discounted live on site for any given sale we are running, this will often deactivate any coupon codes since the discount is already live on site. But depending on what code you were using, the sale could have also expired. We will reach out to you to make sure it was not an error on our part and do what we can to make you happy. Thank you, DermAvenue
