As to my understanding and looking at our system your order was "partially delivered" as you ordered an item that was pre order also along with the pre made item you ordered! You have been reassured of this in many weekly updates and a note was sent in your order and we marked on your receipt as well stating the "your order will be received in 2 parcels." Hey Edward, Thank you for your review and support. All orders from 1 1/2 - 2 years ago have been fulfilled and were by March of 2024. If you have any difficulties with your order being lost or stuck in transit please email us at [email protected] and we will put in a case with USPS for you and have this order investigated. Yes, looking at our system your order was delayed due to manufacturing and customs issues and was cancelled and refunded due to this and stated in a big weekly update on March 2, 2025. Please contact us so we can contact USPS if you are having any trouble as all orders are insured up to $200 by USPS in case lost or stolen. Also, we have a email thread full of with you as I see you are upset because all sales are final on your order and we will need to contact USPS to investigate this and get the tracking fixed or have them reimburse you.
