I never write reviews but this company is horrible if you plan on taking your vehicle to the actual dealership for your repair services. MOM & POP shops this is perfect for you. They we bargain and deal pricing also will send out the parts to their shop. I cancelled over a month and still no refund as of today. Just a friendly note to stay away from this company if you plan on servicing your vehicle at the dealership. *****S T A Y A W A Y*****

This is a SCAM. I paid almost $3000 for a warranty on my BMW750 and it's virtually impossible to reach anyone to pre-approve a repair. My mechanic has been calling regularly over the past 2 weeks just to be on hold for very long periods of time or to reach an answering service that takes your info but no one ever calls back! I took it upon myself to call and also got answering service who promised me they would make it Urgent...it's been 5 days and no call back! I also wrote an email to them with no response. Save your money, their approach is to make it impossible to reach them and do timely repairs. What if my car was not running?!?! What would I do?!?! The purchase process was easy and great, filing a claim is not!

This is by far the worst company I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It was easy to buy a policy and pay them. Then when I needed them to pay for a repair I had to call them at least 7 times to get my repair approved. Then they found a BU-L-SH-T excuse to deny my claim and cancel my policy. When I left them a bad review on another website they looked up my IP address to try and track me down. When I demanded a refund they gave me one but tried to add a registration fee of $250 to reduce my refund. They are without a doubt one of the most disgusting companies I ever dealt with. If you know whats good for you run away from them. Save your money in a bank account instead of buying anything from them.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Michaels. He was professional, prompt & gave me a great rate. He will be my rep on an ongoing basis & I like that I'll be dealing with the same person going forward. Overall a great experiece signing up.

I am so happy to have found Delta Auto Protection. Your employee, Shaun Michael, was extremely helpful and showed me the kind of customer service that is rarely seen today. Needless to say, I am more than pleased to have saved a substantial amount of money with your company, but even more than that, I am confident that if I ever have the need to file a claim it will be handled promptly and to my satisfaction. UPDATE: I contacted the sales dept. and they transferred me to Ryan. Ryan called Accounts Payable and gave him authorization for to give me a credit card. thank you Ryan had a customer come in with Delta Auto Protect warranty. I call and received a approval number. we did the work for the customer. We have trying to be for the claim since August 15, 2017. When we have called about payment they said the check was in the mail. 2 week later called back and spoke with Aaron Lynch. he told me once the check was clarified to be canceled I would be getting a call with a Credit card number. I have called numerous times since then, I have left messages for Aaron Lynch and with the over flow desk. here it is November 1, 2017 and no payment or phone call in return. if you are a consumer that cares about the garage that does the work , and to receive payment. I Would NOT recommend Delta Auto Protect. I would like to hear from Delta Auto Protect to settle this out standing bill. I will be more that happy to write a updated review
