Use extreme caution when dealing with this company. It took over 30 days to get paid. In the end they only paid after we posted some negative reviews. After posting the negative reviews we called again for payment. We were told that they would only pay AFTER we took the reviews down. In one case they even gave us the direct number to a person at a website to remove it. Once the negative reviews came down, they finally gave us a credit card number over the phone. This review is to serve as a warning to anyone doing business with DAP. Get paid BEFORE the vehicle leaves.

I was looking for a warranty for my car and I did extensive research and found Delta auto protect. I called and Rick was helpful in signing me up. I was a little bit hesitant to sign up right away because of the low price. I started reviewing customers inputs and 99.9% of customers rated this company excellent. I decided to give it a try. Within a month, I called 3 times wanting to cancel because my car is so expensive to fix. Each time I called, Aron would always tell me that they cover repairs listed on my contract. Two months later, I had a problem with my lower control arm on my Infiniti and took the car in. I was shocked that within 24 hours the claim was approved! I would recommend Delta auto protect. No regret and I am completely satisfied.

I own a Cadillac XTS and started having problems with my car. I took the vehicle to my local GM dealer and it turns out there were electrical problems. They contacted Delta directly and Delta paid them over the phone directly with a credit card. This saved me well over $2000! Delta is the company I recommend!

They contacted Delta and my claim was authorized and approved within 15 minutes! Delta paid my dealer directly over the phone immediately. The whole process was quick and painless and I will be referring my friends and family to Delta! Happy customer!

I have used the warranty twice and both times they were very slow to pay the service center. Also broad definition of what is trim or cosmetic vs mechanical.
