My car has been in the shop for 5 days now just waiting on an approval. I wait on hold just to be disconnected multiple times. I won't give up! I was told after finally talking to someone in the know that a couple hours I would have my answer but that was more than 24 hours ago. Called again this afternoon to again be disconnected. I am threatening them with legal action now. It's about the principal and how they are treating people. I don't know who these other people are doing the "good" reviews but I advise you to look at the Yelp ones, mostly 1 stars..UPDATE…I called again this afternoon 8-28-18. I finally got an answer that they would be covering my air conditioner compressor and labor. They would not cover the full amount that my dealer is asking for the compressor and was told they would ship one for much less in lieu of. Low and behold they changed their mind and couldn't send the lessor cost compressor and would only pay about 60% of the dealers. Beware...they do not pay for Freon or diagnostics. I was asked to update this by the guy who called me back so here it is. I am going from 1 star to 2 and will go up to 3 when they pay my repair shop.

It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone at Delta. Once I finally did, it was like pulling teeth to get them to pay for a qualifying repair. But first I had to endure a tongue lashing from the employee. And when they did, it was at 60% of what it cost. I have a few more years/miles left. I hope I never have to call them again. I will never use them again. No one from management cares enough to respond to me...go figure.

Update 9/23 Finally received check via UPS Ground. ----------------- Update 9/20 I called yesterday and told Aaron that I have been waiting for over a month and have been told on 2 separate occasions that the check had been issued when it really hadn't been. I explain that I want the check sent with a tracking number so I can confirm it on my end. Aaron agrees to send the check overnight with tracking and that it would include a check number. He also asks if I would remove my negative review from yesterday in exchange for the tracking number. After receiving his email, the tracking number (1Z3F149X0393826622) is not valid, there's no check number included and instead of overnight, his email indicates that it was shipped UPS Ground. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I cancelled my policy on August 17th and was expecting a refund of $2000+ dollars. They told me it was been mailed that day and to wait 7 to 10 business days. 14 days later, no check. I call back on September 7th and speak with Aaron Lynch, who informs me that there was an issue with zip code so they would reissue a new check and wait 7 to 10 days. No check. I call again and speak with Mr. Lynch , who claims to be a manager that I've been waiting for a month now and that I want my check sent to me via certified mail with a tracking number. He informs me that he will email me with that information by close of business today. As of 6:30 pm, NO REPLY. I am now seeking other alternatives to get a reply. These people are not honest. You've been warned.

I have used the warranty twice and both times they were very slow to pay the service center. Also broad definition of what is trim or cosmetic vs mechanical.

On the surface this company appears to be the real deal. But after they get your payment for whichever warranty you choose its the typical warranty/insurance company with the " We'll do anything in our power NOT TO PAY A CLAIM " company. My automobile has been in the repair shop for a week now and still isn't repaired due to the holding pattern I'm stuck in due to the inept service I have received. My vehicle had been at my repair shop for almost 3 days until they decided that they needed to send an inspector out to verify the damage to my vehicle. Then it took another day in a half for that report to get back filed with the company. Meanwhile my representative never followed up with me concerning anything. I had to get most of my info from my mechanic. At one point the rep at the company BLATANTLY LIED saying his tech tried to call my mechanic with updates about what was going on. I verified this through my mechanic. Then the rent-a-car fiasco. My policy qualifies for up to $65/day for rental reimbursement. I knew for a fact I was going to need a car for at least 5 days more on top of the time my vehicle was already in the shop. They initially only wanted to authorize 1 DAY for a rental. Now at this point my car was already in the shop for several days and had not been touched because authorization had yet been sent. Even after the authorization they wouldn't allow my mechanic to get the part. They told him they were going to ship him the part which was going to take 4 DAYS. At that point they offered another $65/day rental. But that was basically 2 DAYS. I said I need it for at least 5 maybe 6 cause it was going to take 4 DAYS for him to receive a part HE COULD HAVE GOTTEN IN 1 DAY. They had the nerve to tell me if I get a $30/day rental this would cover me for 4 DAYS!! When I signed up with this company the whole process took only about 15 MINUTES and they treated me great when they knew I was giving them $2k for my warranty. Now its claim time and they are treating me like a 3rd CLASS CITIZEN. ABSOLUTELY the worse consumer purchase I have ever made going with this company. And the kicker is I still have to kick out over $300 for GASKESTS to complete my repair. GASKETS!! Something that should be included for repairs. A part of me thought they would at least cover the gaskets for all the trouble they put me through or at least meet me halfway. They declined of course. I'm hoping a lot of people read this review before considering this company. TRUST ME there are probably better companies out there.
