I was stuck in the middle of a road, and needed some road-side assistance. I had canceled my AAA recently so I was hesitant to call a towing company for help because I knew they would charge an arm and a leg. I called Delta and they helped me find a few companies in the area and assured me that my claim would be covered. I was able to have my car towed and later fixed for minimal costs with my warranty! I was even able to have my A.C. and the radio in my car repaired under my extended warranty from Delta. Without the extended warranty I would be stuck with tough out of pocket costs.

My husband purchased an extended warranty for my car from Delta Auto Protect. A few years ago, I had chosen to purchase a car that was "cute" but not as functional and reliable as I'd hope. During a 6-hour trip to visit family for the Easter holiday, my car broke down on the highway, when we were only 2 hours away. It was a transmission issue that I'd neglected to fix. I panicked because I was already stressed about the driving and the visit and I did not want the unexpected expense or to have to deal with the red tape of a claims department. But this was not the case with Delta! The claims process was seamless. They covered the majority of the cost of my transmission issue and even my rental car. They even offered recommendations for service centers that they've worked with in the area. I feel so lucky to have had my extended warranty. Iam considering using it now to cover some of the cost of a few other wear & tear issues I've let persist in my vehicle.

Not a good expedience.Poor communications, slow payment, haggle with mechanics over price, puts the warranty holder in state of conflict with repairmen. I have had two repairs on my warranty. The first repair was done through an independent mechanic. His estimate was fair and below the Ford Dealers price. Over a 4 day period and poor communications, haggling, Delta finally agreed to pay less than mechanic wanted for the repair. I had to make up the difference or find another shop to repair my truck, I also had to pay the bill out of pocket, two days later Delta reimbursed the mechanic and I got a partial credit back from shop.. The Second repair was worse. This time I took the truck to Ford so I could perhaps avoid the haggling part and just have Delta pay the "Ford" rate. Similar experience poor communications and refusal to pay full amount. Delta wanted a parts discount and to reduce the labor. Ford did not want to budge, after a couple of days and again severely poor communications from Delta I told the dealer I would guarantee payment, I needed my truck. Once again I got stuck paying the bill in full for them to release my truck. I also got stuck paying for the the portion that Delta would not cover. . So now I'm waiting for a check from Delta more then 30 days out of pocket. Both Mechanics not happy with experience. I sent emails to Delta and have no response..

hard to contact you have to push new client to get thru quicker and if you do use this company dont pay up front if and when you cancel they send your refund check by mule STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Delta Auto has saved me endless times and I recommend them to anyone I meet! Great prices and great customer service. Can’t beat that.

It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone at Delta. Once I finally did, it was like pulling teeth to get them to pay for a qualifying repair. But first I had to endure a tongue lashing from the employee. And when they did, it was at 60% of what it cost. I have a few more years/miles left. I hope I never have to call them again. I will never use them again. No one from management cares enough to respond to me...go figure.

SCAM! This company is nothing more than a dishonest company that takes the public’s hard earned money and refuses to pay when they are responsible. I have waited over 3 months to get payment and have been lied to every time I speak to them. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY, you will be sorry. As a long time repair shop owner, I deal with extended warranty companies every day and this is by far the absolute worst and most dishonest company around. STAY AWAY! Mike Grivon Swiss Garage

I was shocked to see such mixed reviews. There was a wait on the phone when I called but I received service the same day. I lock my keys in my truck, Those Ford F150 doors are sealed tight. I tried to get in with a coat hanger with no luck. The only other option I had was to break a window. Then, my wife remembered our extended warranty with Delta covered a locksmith. They sent a guy out the same day.
