Easy ordering, quick delivery, and best of all the ability to borrow all the install kit needed. Great that Della offers a warranty on a self install unit when their install kit is used and the unit is properly registered. I had a few questions during the install, both customer service and tech support were quick to respond and answer every question I came up with.

I will know when my part actually arrives the usps sent it back so now im probably going to have to wait another week before it arrives at my house. Wasn't no ones fult except the usps.

This company is making sure their customers are satisfied. We received the wrong size spilt unit and Della Support system got our request fixed and shipment of the correct unit was sent out immediately. Let's say that the purchase of the Della mini split was "SIMPLE", walked me right through the process everything there answered every question or doubt. I also did reviews on the unit which came back flawless. Did a return of the unit as I purchased the wrong size BTU; Joey from their support/sales team walked me right through the process. Joey was kind, patient, understood the issue and later called him back with the updates on the return tracking which I was then given an email of my return. I'm an executive for one of the largest IT companies, Fortune 50 to narrow it down. Done customer service for 30+ yrs and I NEVER give positive feedback unless it meets and exceeds.
